Flight Simulator II - version 2.0

This should be my last attempt at a complete -one- disk unprotected version of A2-FS2 (version 2.0).  This replaces the zip file uploaded before that contained two seperate disk images, one for boot, and one for the stock scenery.  I was able to re-write the load routines and fit them into unused space.  The result is a functional disk image which works like the original.

Some notes on this version:

1) For storing user modes on a blank disk.  You must initialize a blank disk before use.  This cracked version no longer formats disks for you.


2) When changing from the stock disk to a scenery disk, you can use <ctrl E> to log onto it.  However, this was known to crash the program.  It is safer to enter the editor <esc>, then swap disks, enter new coordinates, the re-enter main program <esc>. This is not a problem with this disk, but a mistake in the users manual.
